Business Analyst — Worked effectively with all departments, and users of varying skill levels, to implement technologies that improve productivity. Keep current with emerging technologies for possible production deployment.

Project leader on many projects inlcuding: Merging ERP data from an acquired company into current the ERP system. Implementing a process to pull information from the ERP system for a automated inventory control system.

System Administrator — Designed the Active Directory infrastructure and managed the migration of three geographically separate Windows NT domains. Managed the consolidation of three Exchange 5.5 sites into a single Exchange 2003 server with no user downtime.

Administrator of the Active Directory domain, Windows servers, SQL servers, Exchange servers, and the network infrastructure. Designed and implemented an organized, secure, and highly available network file system. Developed a disaster recovery strategy based on business requirements. Managed and planned several desktop computer replacement strategies that minimized each user’s downtime.

Software Developer — Developed Windows client server and web based applications for internal use. Applications consisted of: work flow tracking, document management, time sheets, product tracking, and other applications for various projects.

System Administrator / Web Developer

System administrator — Maintained several Sun web servers running Netscape Enterprise Server. Researched new web technologies for implementation.

Web Developer — Developed online applications to support the educational departments in the college. Applications consisted of: a student assessment program, message boards, and a fully searchable knowledge base. Created streaming multimedia web presentations.

Webmaster / PC Support

OSU Political Science Department (Stillwater, OK • Spring 1998 to Spring 1999)

Designed and created the Political Science website. Created static web pages and developed dynamic online applications. Converted PowerPoint presentations to RealPlayer files for streaming lectures over the web. Provided support for desktop computers within the department.

Data Processing

PACCAR Inc. Winch Division (Broken Arrow, OK • Summer of 1997)

Designed and created the website for the winch division. The website had a full product catalog and a shopping cart for online purchases.
